Specifies a percentage of an item’s lot size by which an existing supply must change before a planning suggestion is made. This helps to minimize insignificant change to existing orders.
If the suggested change is higher than the default dampener percentage, then the suggestion is not blocked.

This setting applies globally, except for items that have a different value in the Dampener Quantity field on the item card.
