Open the 
Item Tracking Summary window.
Displays the availability of serial/lot numbers assigned to the item. The different quantity fields display for each item tracking number, how many are requested, available, and reserved.
From the individual line quantities, you can look up information about the associated item tracking line in the Avail. - Item Tracking Lines window.
This window has three different modes, and the mode of the window depends on where you open it from:

Lot No. - List or Serial No. - List: This is the name of the window when you open it from the Lot No. or Serial No. fields.

Lot No. - Availability or Serial No. - Availability: This is the name of the window when you open it from the Availability, Lot No. or Availability, Serial No. fields.

Item Tracking - Select Entries: This is the name of the window when you open it by clicking Actions, pointing to Functions, and then selecting Entries in the Item Tracking Lines form.
When you open this window with the Select Entries in the Item Tracking Lines window, you can select the quantities of each serial or lot number that you would like to use. At the bottom of the window, the program tracks the total quantity to be selected, the sum of what you have selected so far, and the quantity that must still be selected to complete the item tracking for the document line.
